茶艺英语
茶艺专业的就业率连续几年 100 %,毕业生主要在全国高档茶艺馆从事茶艺师、领班、经理等岗位,在茶品营销企业从事经营管理等工作,在茶文化旅游景点从事讲解员和导游等。为了提高茶艺专业学生的英语水平和就业层次,我们分别对三类人群进行了问卷调查与访谈:① 茶艺专业的在校生;② 从事茶艺的毕业生;③ 来高校文化交流的外国人。调查结果表明,茶艺英语的主要用途在于提高学生的英语水平,使学生能够胜任以茶为载体的茶文化推广及国际文化交流工作。
